Exchange & Return Policy
Our valued customers can exchange or return their purchases within 14 days from the date of receiving the order within the following terms and conditions:
- The goods to be exchanged or returned must be in good condition and displayable with their packaging and cards and attached to the original purchase receipt.
- The goods to be exchanged or returned do not conform to the standard specifications or have a defect or defect that is not apparent at the time of purchase.
- Products that were included in the sale at the time of purchase are not returnable, but can be exchanged for a different size or color.
- The safety of the returned product is your responsibility until we receive it from you, so please make sure that its packaging is safe and not damaged until it reaches us.
Knowing that in rare cases there may be manufacturing defects, we inspect each product thoroughly before shipping to our customers, and likewise we inspect the returned product thoroughly upon receipt. This is to ensure a level of service that satisfies our customers.
The purchase invoice must be attached to the returned product.
The K-Net cash return process takes 7 to 10 working days starting from the date we receive the returned items.
We can exchange. Provided that all the conditions of the above notes are met, all parts must be in their original condition, and a new order is made for the parts to be replaced.
